Most of the information for this project is considered confidential to iiNet. It was an endeavour to learn more about the current customers so that there could be an improvement on personalised customer service. I worked on both the internal and external branding on the project which included:

  • Education material for staff like posters, web banners and animation slides
  • Promotional material like stubby holders, cup cakes and other rewards
  • Illustrations for an external customer survey that was very well received.
